By accessing or using Joopont’s services (including purchasing ceramic mugs and insulated bottles through our platform), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products (ceramic mugs, insulated bottles) are described to the best of our ability, including materials, dimensions, and colors. Minor variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship or manufacturing processes.
  • Orders are confirmed upon payment completion. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or due to errors in pricing/description. You will be notified promptly and refunded in full if this occurs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within France. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Joopont is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., postal services, couriers) or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, customs issues).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

5. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and secure online payment methods.
  • All payments are processed securely. Joopont does not store your payment details.
