We currently offer shipping exclusively within France. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and French public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times & Costs
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight (starting from €4.99).
- Free Standard Delivery: Available on orders totaling €59 or more (France only).
Delivery times are estimates provided by our trusted carriers (La Poste, Colissimo) and may vary due to peak periods, weather conditions, or remote locations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our support team for assistance.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or building management first. Contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date to report the issue.
- For damaged or defective products, please take photos of the item and packaging, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
