Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (with all tags, labels, and accessories intact).
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via email, phone, or mail to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the returned item to our address (provided below) within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (due to Joopont’s error). In such cases, we will reimburse your shipping fees or provide a pre-paid return label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Joopont is not liable for lost or misplaced return packages.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or product), please specify this when requesting your RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange for a free replacement, full refund, or pre-paid return (at our discretion).
